We recognize that our team of caregivers, support staff and management personnel make a difference in the lives of our Residents on a daily basis. Don't just take our word for it...read what residents and their family members are "chirping" about.
"Broadmore was nice."
Broadmore was nice. They had a care unit for Alzheimer's and dementia, which my mom had. I think a lot of people enjoyed it there. They had single and shared rooms. Some rooms had kitchen and some didn't. They had a lot of activities. The lady who showed me around was very energetic. She knew everybody and their family members. She truly seemed to actually care about the people.
"Broadmore was nice."
"While the decision to put a family member in a facility outside of the house is a difficult one, Broadmore Assisted Living should be given 5 stars! Everyone went out of their way for my Mother, from the administration to the kitchen staff, housekeeping and maintenance to the care associates. Everyone deserves our thanks and the thanks of Mom for the exceptional care provided to her on a daily basis. Your extra efforts made her stay at Broadmore a happy time for both her and for our own peace of mind. She enjoys the bus trips and going out to dinner with the residents and the activities Broadmore provided. Your staff truly wants to make a difference in the care of beloved family members. Thank you for stepping up and taking on extra responsibilities. We appreciate your hard work and great attitudes."
The staff all seemed very friendly and very interested in trying to keep the residents engaged in conversations. They also do different things and they were all very good.
"...my home away from home."
"All of the staff are excellent. The food is good. It's a nice living Community, our rooms are kept clean. Activities are good and keep us busy. The lobby is a nice place to communicate with other people. I like greeting new residents. I enjoy watching the deer out the window. It's my home away from home."
"...give that little extra..."
"Broadmore's staff is friendly and cooperative. They are willing to give that little extra which a lot of the residents need. The facility is clean and decorated nicely for each season and holiday. I would highly recommend Broadmore if you are seeking a residence for your loved one. Since my sister has become a resident of Broadmore she has shown a remarkable turn around. At the facility where she lived previously, she was located on the second floor. She was not really capable of using the elevator of the steps alone, so she remained for the most part in her room. Now she freely participates in the activities, gets her hair done and even goes on field trips with other residents to eat out."
